Mariangela De Palma is responsible for the financial and administrative architecture of the company. Her professional journey is built on a solid academic foundation: she holds a degree in Economics, Governance, and Administration.
As Administrative Director and the first employee within the financial department, her role goes beyond strategy, she is also directly involved in managing the operational heart of the organization. She oversees the entire billing cycle and the management of financial flows, ensuring that every transaction meets the rigorous standards required to operate within the healthcare sector.
Her mission is to ensure that the company’s growth toward international markets is supported by a solid and reliable administrative structure. She manages the complexity of accounting processes and regulatory compliance, transforming financial data into tools that drive.

Dr. Alanah Maclaurin moved to Italy in 2018 to pursue her medical studies, an experience that provided her with first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities of adapting to a new country, culture, and healthcare environment. As an international student and expat, she understands the importance of guidance, communication, and support when relocating abroad.
Alongside her strong passion for emergency medicine, she has developed resilience, cultural awareness, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. She is enthusiastic about using her personal experience and professional perspective to support and guide individuals interested in international medical opportunities, while continuing to broaden her own expertise through meaningful involvement in the field.
